I still have feet pain from a job I quit years ago

Yup, every day my feet and back hurt even if I don't stand for long. The joints in my feet are throb most of the time and my arches are always aching. I never had pain like this until I worked a job that required me to be on my feet non stop. I would go to the doctor but I can't afford that, and it's not life threatening enough for me to be set back for months. I'm just so tired of this work culture. We either have to sacrifice ourselves mentally or physically or both, just to barely get by. I don't even see the point of getting a job in this day in age. It's like running on a wheel to get absolutely no where.
