And free therapy for everyone obviously. But required for management at least in their first year. Sessions stay private etc.
Reading this site breaks my heart. Billionaires and giant companies are shit usually for their employees.
But so much of hardship pain and suffering that everyone here goes through is due in big part to toxic people in management.
From simple courtesy to empathy for employees to just making people feel welcome and part of a team at work. So much could change if managers weren't toxic humans.
Management brings out people's strengths and weaknesses. And those weaknesses usually translate to abuse of employees.
Even if half of the managers blow it off, if the other half dealt with their inner demons better and had more self awareness the daily work-life for so many would improve.
Am I crazy?
