hey, so I am currently WFH but despite that, the job is getting shitty and shitty because I am thrown with more and more tasks that aren't even my responsibilities since my coworkers are leaving the firm. my “raise” isn't even keeping up with inflation.
so basically they aren't promoting me to senior despite good reviews and me going “above and beyond” and isn't even paying me senior level salary but expect me to do senior level work? no such thing
just moments ago, my manager instant messaged thru Skype and it took me a while to get back to him. for some reason, i slipped and said “Hey sorry, I was working on my resume, whats up?”……..
he didnt give any attention to the resume part and just proceed and ask me to do something. that was awkward af. what do you think is going to happen ? i guess it's race against time to see who fire who first ? damn, i hate oversharing sometimes
