Hi all. I have been on workmans comp since May and I think I may be getting underpaid(yes I know I should’ve noticed sooner). I am in Michigan and the law to my understanding is that you get paid 80% of your wage. I was making $15/hr before injury. They are paying me $376 a week. Divided by 40 hours a week that’s only $9.40 an hour, but 80% of $15/hr is $12/hr. Am I wrong or am I being underpaid here? Thanks!
