I think my job is conspiring to fire me

I'm fairly vocal and you can stay I have a strong personality. Last year, I rubbed some people the wrong way in a public meeting. One of them went on to be my boss's boss. Lately, a series of events is starting to make me think they are building a case to fire me. Someone went to HR after they snapped on me for no reason. I'm fairly vocal and you can stay I have a strong personality. Last year, I rubbed some people the wrong way in a public meeting. One of them went on to be my boss's boss. Lately, a series of events is starting to make me think they are building a case to fire me.

  1. Someone went to HR after they snapped on me for no reason. She exaggerated something and literally yelled at me. I told her never to raise her voice at me again and she just ran to HR. (Side note, fuck HR.)

  2. I managed a project that went bad for several reasons. Of which there is one major show stopper problem in the design, out of our control. Another was my mistake pulling the wrong code component. The only thing people here are asking me about is the minor mistake I made, which I corrected the very next day. One exec, who never asks, took the time to email me asking about it, almost specifically, and replying to record his disappointment

  3. Today I've been asked to accomplish a task that is not even possible in the time allotted. “Just do your best” they said.

Am I paranoid?
Any advice?
