My work doesn't appreciate me anymore and it is getting really hard to stay motivated enough to go in. They refused a pay raise for me after 2 years of none. They didn't offer me the higher position with the pay as promised but instead a “6 month trial where you exude the lead position and if we're satisfied, we will offer the pay and title” . To which I saw right through and said thanks but no thanks.
I have been in the process of finding another job and I'm feeling a lot of anxiety. I am very close to finding a new job that pays a lot more and I'm feeling nervous about quitting. Does anyone have advice for how to do this as smoothly as possible?
