So this Saturday I just got an email from my director that I was terminated with only one weeks notice. 🙁 I don't know what I did wrong I tried really hard and I was staying up till midnight 2 nights in a row as well as I was working during the Easter weekend. I'm feeling so down. Also I in the email he said he will be happy to write me a recommendation letter, I really don't understand why this is happening or what's their reason
