I just recently had my performance review where I work. I've been there 1 year. I just finished a zoom meeting with my boss where I was told that based on the budget he can offer me a $2000 raise (comes out to $21/hr). Then I was offered the chance to work more overtime… The only thing this job has going for it is that it doesn't make me want to un-alive myself when I'm there because everyone I work with is fucking awesome… Mostly. However happiness doesn't pay bills.
