Pretty much what the title says.
My boss told me that “high performance workers” spend their time in office. He also told me that High Performance Workers” tell their family that they can't get home, and get divorced (yes, he said that)
I mean, I have a family, the ring in my hand reminds me that I have someone waiting for me everytime I go to work, that life is outside the office.
Don't let sad-angry and frustrated people tell you that their life's are better because they work more, because they are just a failure.
If it helps, he's been through TWO divorces this far, and not a single soul waits for him at night.
