I worked at the Wyndham hotel, on food and beverage, and I need some advice. Me and a group of my coworkers have been having a lot of trouble with our manager and the head of the food and beverage department. Apparently if for any reason this two people don’t like you they are trying to do anything to fire you. Ironically they are short of staff and they need us more than we need them. I went to HR today February 28th to express my concerns. It all begins because I can’t be quite whenever they are treating me or anyone disrespectfully. I can guaranty that we are doing a great job, I have been in the industry on an off for 19 years, this is the first time that I work for a hotel and a big corporation like Wyndham. Is there anyone that I can talk to to help me write a letter that all of my coworkers would sign, expressing everything that is going on and involving these two persons that have been creating a toxic environment and abusing their power? Please help ASAP.
