I work for DoorDash in the corporate offices and am very interested in bringing in a union.

I just spent an hour talking to the other people on my direct team and everyone is interested in at least getting more info. The biggest hold up is that we work in Arizona, which is a right to work state. Most jobs are not union jobs here, so a lot of folks just don’t know what unions do for them. A few of my coworkers also said that they are willing to look into more info, but have had less than great experiences with unions in AZ, saying they didn’t feel they really did anything for them other than charge union fees. Which I think is a fair concern, and one that I just don’t know how to address. I know there are union reps and union employees in this sub, so any information y’all can shoot me would be greatly appreciated!
