I work literally 3 less hours a week and feel like I have tons more energy

I honestly wasn’t expecting this, I quit my previous job cause, it just got to be too much. List of things that happened. Someone died within my first month. A worker hit a gas main, and the whole building almost blew up within my first year. The Boss was constantly getting sued. Mind you these are the most egregious things, there are many more that I just don’t have the energy to list. Through out all of this I would gaslight myself about my workload. Telling myself that I just wasn’t working hard enough, berating my self for not having enough energy to create art and music after working. Fully not realizing that I was totally utterly and completely burnt out. I got a new job with more pay for literally 3 less hours a week, and I wasn’t expecting it to have the impact that it did. Suddenly I have a zest for life again, suddenly I want to work on art and music again. Imagine what a 4 day week would be like. I am more and more convinced that work is inhumane.
