I work part-time for a non-profit hospital. My employer is asking us to donate PTO for a coworker that ran out of PTO who was out with COVID and won’t get paid for it. Any opinions?

I personally rarely take PTO unless I’m going to lose it so I’m thinking about donating a couple of hours but not sure… This is the first time I’ve been asked such a thing. Thanks for any insight.
