As the title says I’d just like to see more posts celebrating employees exercising their rights to fair labor and employment. Chances are if you think it is unfair practice or illegal, it is.
Your employer cannot deny you wages, tips, pto as a disciplinary action. When they attempt to enact a policy as such, copy all written and posted items and take pictures. Document it and report it. Include names of your fellow employees to contact so they can investigate.
Send a copy of everything to your local “ON YOUR SIDE” news station and offer to give an interview but request anonymity. Local news will eat this shit up.
Update your resume and post on indeed. Jobs are easy to get right now during the “labor shortage”.
Fuck these people and fight for change.
