GDP was reported as 23 Trillion~ for 2021

Each American citizen would get around $65,000~ if GDP was split evenly.
it makes me think that if it was possible to split it perfectly evenly, and everyone kept working as they do now, each person would get enough resources to live comfortably, pay taxes to maintain everything and invest in the future, and retire at a normal age.
(do you think this is the entire picture or am i missing something)
I don't agree with a lot of stuff I read on here, so /r/antiwork I am asking you – what is the best path we could take as a nation to achieve an outcome as close as possible to this without problems arising?
