I am tired of going to interviews and they say, “Well… you can make x dollars with bonus.”
Bonus is not guaranteed, nor should it be added into a salary range. They are covering up the fact that they pay too low. Just post the ad with the REAL pay and if qualified people don't apply, then pay your existing employees a bonus while you're short staffed (since they're picking up the slack)
