If I’m going to apply at a job that lies about the pay and schedule, I should be able to lie on my resume.

I applied for a job that said the starting pay was 22 an hour. They called me and told me that that's for management. I asked them why is it listed as the starting pay then? They couldn't really give me a clear cut answer. The job also said monday-friday but they also lied about that. So if these companies can lie about the job itself to get peoples attention, I don't really see the issue with lying about one or two things on a resume just to get THEIR attention.
