If my company completely changes my job roles and responsibilities, am I eligible for unemployment?

I’m not sure if this belongs here but I need advice. I am currently working at my company in accounts payable, but they are trying to transition my role completely. New job tasks would include showing apartments like a leasing agent. I’m honestly baffled that they don’t understand why I am not jumping on board with this. It’s also taking me from WFH onto a jobsite and with a commute. Do I have any rights here if I quit because the job is changing so drastically? I’m really concerned they are trying to force my hand so I’m desperate enough to take the new role to avoid quitting and losing unemployment. Any advice would be appreciated. Edit- I work in WA state, which is an at-will state
