Basically, most people are paid insanely below their worth. What I mean by that, is that their efforts bring significant profit to a company after all other costs.
For example, As a Bartender, I will do about 4k in sales, which after all costs (including labor, rent and such) is about 2500 in profit. That's after paying my $2 an hour. The same could be said for almost any labor employee. This profit all goes to some owner who does nothing.
This goes for all min wage workers. Your value is extremly high compared to your pay. After exspenses, they are profiting insane amounts on your labor.
One might say, well start a buisness yourself then. That is basically going to be impossible in the next year or so. The governmen is currently increasing business loan interest rates to impossible amounts. This will be to stop/kill small businesses. This will remove jobs from the economy, lower competition, and increase prices, forcing people to work the jobs corporations need filled.
They are not even bothering to hide it anymore. It's blunt and in your face. They don't like that we have the advantage right now and can demand higher wages. They are going to change. They can and they will. We need to stop them
