If things aren’t gonna change anytime soon, we should destigmatize suicide

Most of us are probably going to spend our lives working shit jobs for shit pay, looking forward to the weekend until it passes us by and the cycle begins anew. We're going to keep doing this until our bodies and minds are of no use to the oligarchs, and those who can afford it will get to spend their final years decaying in their aged physiques, looking back on all the time they wasted. I hope that this doesn't happen, but all signs point in the opposite direction. In that case, I bet many people don't want to have to suffer through it. If the world isn't worth being in, why should anyone be forced to stay? Personally, I'm sticking around for as long as I'm enjoying myself. Once that stops, so will I. And yes, I've heard the “don't solve a temporary problem with a permanent solution” spiel,…
