I see some businesses are forcing people to come back and also forcing business attire just for office work and I believe it’s the stupidest thing in the world.It’s a mindset in older people that you have to look professional to be professional which in reality should be a professional needs to be a professional in what they do.
No one cares what you look like anymore, if I see a cashier check me out in a hoodie and gym shorts, I literally don’t care. That might be just me but they do their job correctly and I don’t judge.
I understand the point of at least not looking like a complete slob and at least being a clean person but a full suit and tie or uniform, it’s not necessary anymore. Let us wear jeans and shirt everyday if we want and let us be comfortable for a job that we can do at home.
