I work in a big IT company in my country, and started working there about 3 months ago in HD position, I was hired as an ERP specialist.
This month (February) was the end of my internship and start of my actual work
Leaving aside the fact I was in the air with half the tools I needed and was in the grace of my other coworkers for most of the tickets I'm getting today was the icing on the cake.
I live about two town away which is normal here, but considering I have to rely on a bus that comes every 30 minutes means that I have to “choose” either to be in work in 7:30 am or 8:00 am (the moment work start, which doesn't give me time to boot up all the systems I need to start working with) so of course, I chose getting to work at 7:30 am, clock in and start at 8:00
A few weeks ago a coworker that worked next to me was found positive for COVID, because I was nearest to them and because I was showing mild symptoms my boss sent me to do a quick COVID check, which took a while.
She told me that I should not get back to work only if the test is negative.
Jumping back to today: I got angry messages from my boss asking me why the clock shows I'm always early by half an hour, and if I do why am I not online in this hour (because as I said, it's either late or half an hour early), she told me to change the clocking hours to when the shifts starts and not when I come to the office.
I did.
A few hours later another angry messages asking where was I for a few hours on the day where the whole COVID thing happened. I explained to her she was the one that told me not to come back untill I test negative and told me to clear those hours too. I told her no way I'm loosing more money after what happened in the morning and she called me and gave me an ultimatum: either I get to work by 8 am every morning, I get at 7:30 and she cut my lunch break by half, or she squeezes my breaks to the legal minimum possible
TL;DR
Told my boss that my commute is getting me to work either half an hour early or late and she told she's slashing what I earned and if I'd do it again I'll loose my breaks too
