I'm an ESL teacher leaving an in-person coordination job (where I am overworked and underpaid) for a remote job (two actually) just teaching individual students making more buck for my time. I let the director know last week I was leaving and that (the title) was one of her arguments to get me to stay.
I'm a known introvert. If I want to socialize, I'll talk to my family and friends, not coworkers who have problems communicating and are always looking for me to run the entire school, wtf.
I can't wait for my time there to be over, honestly.
