If you’re in flow state, do you need to keep track of time?

Let's say you somehow got into an amazing flow state, where it was just days of delight on end, would you still keep track of time? If you were living in flow state for years on end, would time itself be a concept so boring that you'd throw it away? Throw away your clocks so long as you don't need them, it seems. Keeping track of time can cause anxiety and other things, different neurology apparently. I only keep track of time if it's really serious, otherwise I tend to try plan ahead so that I don't ever really have to keep track of time and therefore can just enjoy my time.
