I actually spoke to a lawyer about this and he suggested I send an email to get “company culture” explained in detail so I have a structured plan when I return on Friday.
I’ve been told if I don’t engage in company culture I’m fired, but I have no idea truly what that means.
How would you word an email to get an appropriate response from management? I’d like to have a paper trail but my emails are always pretty personal sounding. I’m not great with corporate lingo.
