I’m an experienced Accountant (without accounting designation) in my early 40s looking into changing career in order to keep working remotely (something l could learn within 1 to 2 years). What would you recommend?

I immigrated about 10yrs ago and graduated abroad over 15y ago, getting an accounting designation would take me minimum 4yrs (because I graduated over 10y ago I would need to literally go back to university for 4yrs before being able to apply for the exam) so I thought maybe changing career to something in IT? Trades? Any career advice? Something I could learn within 2yrs?
