I'm (22enby) a full time pharmacy tech at CVS, and unfortunately full time in PA is only 30 hours. I was getting a full 40 hours up until a month and a half ago, because CVS forced our front store manager to hire more pharmacy technicians, then cut our hours because they wanted to make their profits look good for the start of the year. Now I'm down to the minimum hours required for full time, and we don't even have enough hours to give our part time employees any at all, so they have to go to other stores to work. I can also go work at other stores theoretically, but I can't physically do it because of my debilitating anxiety of driving anywhere in the city. I now only have enough money to just cover my bills and a meal every other day, then have to go to work for a few hours for 5 days a week and deal with the stress of working in a place where we're never sure we can even get the necessities of the job done. I've tried looking into work from home jobs as well, but I can't find anything that I know how to do, and they're mostly full time for less pay than what I'm making now.
Fortunately I'm going to be moving soon, and will have a much better job and will be in a better situation overall, but I'm at a complete loss as to what to do until then. I don't have an exact move date yet, all I know is that it's anywhere from 1-2 months out (mostly depends on how quickly we can get a response from USDA and if our application to the park we want to move to gets accepted.)
