I’m at my first unionized job and I’m going to file a grievance for every single labor violation, no matter how small

If a manager wants to talk, I’m requesting a steward. If they want to deny me something despite seniority, I’ll call my rep. If they don’t give me my state-entitled 15 minute break, I’m filing a grievance. I’ve been abused by fucking bosses for 15 years, my entire working life. I don’t care if it’s “entitled” or “a negative attitude.” I don’t give a FUCK. I’m relishing the opportunity to bend these capitalists over a barrel and spank them as hard as humanly possible for all the shit they put me through. You know why? Because FUCK THEM that’s why.
