So my job had issued all employees work phones but after July 1st all work phones will need to be turned in and we will be required to download apps on our personal phones to do our work. These apps require lots of permissions like access to location or photos and other documents and won't work properly without them. I do not wish to give my employer access to such information but I don't see a way to fight this without actually quitting my job at this point.
I like my job but I don't like all these changes that have popped up in the past few weeks. What wisdom can antiwork provide to help me navigate these trying times?
