I just had a meeting with my manager and department boss. Aperently I do good work and I decide to take more work. This meeting was about me not being fast enough and needing to up my speed. I do projects from 2 managers. I was just gonna ask for a raise and felt discuraged. I work part time abd have been asking for full time for multiple years. Idk what to do anymore.
