To start, the only reason I’m giving two weeks is because I get my vacation paid out if I do.
My boss is literally the worst, so I need to figure out how to deal with whatever her response is. She treats me like garbage consistently, so I just want to make this go as smoothly as possible.
I was going to scan the paper and send it to HR/the president first so they have proof.
Then what? Any tips?
If she asks I’m probably going to tell her I’m going back to my old job with a raise, just to make her feel bad.
The truth is I did have an amazing interview recently, but I don’t have an offer yet. And I’m okay with that. I literally just cannot work here for any longer than two weeks; the stress is making me sick.
