I’m going to keep working to the least of my ability

I've been at my current employment for about 3 years. When hired, the company 'created' this position I have to be the only full time estimator, to alleviate work from the owner. I think I've done a well enough job creating structure and processes for the position, won a few million dollars worth of work, and have been a good soldier to the company. Lately however I have been completely checked out. After constant lambasting from owners and PMs, the feeling of exhaustion from unending bids to submit with no support, the inadequacies from coworkers which in turn requires me to do their job, I have mentally given up.

Before I went 100% off, I noticed the company was looking for a Sr. Estimator, to essentially go above me.. Feeling bitter and then some, I engaged my search for new employment.

I set up five interviews this week and have obtained some offers. I have not accepted these offers due to overall commute, sure the amount they offered is about 20% more than I make but I am unwilling to give up my 15 minute commute now to travel over an hour each way.

Instead, I continue to sit here at my desk, watch youtube, read the interwebs, and primarily slack off as much as I can.

Today I was asked by the GM and lead PM to create new tasks within this new “teams” app we are using. Essentially, making every new ITB a task so it can be assigned to an estimator, then once award, it will be tracked to whoever PM it goes to, then to engineering and so on. I told them that this sounds like a great job for the Sr. Estimator when they hire one, he could use his managerial abilities to organize and manage this project and I can go back to simply estimating jobs and being yet another cog in the wheel.

Instead of offering me the Sr. role, they instead continue to pile on more responsibilities and more work with no new title or pay increase.
