I got this part time job at a well known restaurant so I thought they’d be more well organised, professional and be on time payslips and payments. But I guess not because I haven’t been paid yet for my TWO WEEKS of work. I’m currently panicking and scared because I’m a few days late on my rent since I haven’t been paid. I don’t know how to ask my manager to get paid cause it feels awkward. It’s so frustrating cause why would a high end restaurant be so horrible at paying their servers on time? I just wanna pay my rent so I don’t have to stress anymore.
