I’m in the office twice a week, and I’ve made a point of using this phrase on every virtual meeting I need to attend from the physical office.
- have to chat to co-workers (90% of this is gossip, slander and misery on their part)
-people talking around me - can’t speak candidly without booking a room (I use this phrase a lot too – “I’ll call you when I’m in my home office and we can go into more detail”
-better chair, desk, screens at home
-bathroom is 5 minute walk away instead of 15 feet away at home
-Getting food is a 30 minute round trip - etc etc etc
