I’m leaving quietly

I work in the UK, and have been at my current company for 4 years. Last year we took on some new starters and I was happy to pitch in and help train them on the systems and our processes. Come to find out they’re getting paid about £1k more than me a year (all salaried employees), and even after 4 years of pay rises I’m not getting paid what they are. So I updated my CV, posted it on job websites, and I’m about to start my 3rd interview of the day where that company would be willing to pay me an extra £3k. I’ve got another interview this afternoon for a job with a £5k salary increase. I don’t even mind my current job, I just want to be paid what I’m worth.
