I’m moving and I don’t think I’m going to put in my two weeks. Am I doing the right thing?

I don’t know if this is the right sub to post this in but I figured maybe someone could give me some advice on this. I work at a restaurant that’s extremely high volume and I make good money. The managers suck, they’re petty and abusive. They’ll yell at you in front of customers, fire people over things as small as dropping a dipping sauce on the floor, and they never appreciate any work you put in. We are short staffed right now so I don’t know if that’s what they’d do to me, but I don’t want to risk being out of two weeks of work right before moving. I was thinking about just quitting the day before I leave. I’m really bad with confrontation and screwing people over even though I know they could give a shit less about me and they’d fire me in a heart beat if they wanted to. I don’t even know what to tell them when I quit. I shouldn’t feel bad about this but I do.
