I’m on notice period and the management says he will not give me a relieving letter and documents if I don’t stay for another month.

I'm a software developer from India and I joined this company ( an Indian startup ) as a fresher 1 year ago. As per my offer letter and the company policy, the notice period is 3 months. I resigned on the 8th of June because of some family problems and work pressure. But the management didn't accept the resignation till 14th of June. On that day, they sent me an acceptance email demanding that I have no other options but to stay in the company for at least 30th of September. If I leave early, they will not give me the documents. I told them that I will complete all the tasks that they have given me. But most of the tasks need input from other departments and everything is delayed.
