I only have one co-worker in my department, and he's very hard to work with. I have complained about his unprofessional behaviour twice, but I was dismissed. The HR rep even admitted to me that he is rude with all the women here including her. I asked her why they're accepting this, and she replied that they have no choice because of the labor crisis… I get why they'd rather lose me than him (he is more skilled), but then why would I stay? I'm the least valuable employee there, and she basically told me that nothing is gonna change about my situation. Well, she said herself that we're in a labor crisis and last time I checked I am a laborer. So I've been looking for a job the whole weekend, took notes about the companies that contacted me and I selected the best one to call back. He almost gave me the job already, he will call me tomorrow to confirm. And he offered a significantly higher pay. I can't wait to have my last day of work there. So long, assholes!
