Studies show that workers working from home are more productive and adjusted.
Studies show that we are content to work from home and have no need to return to the office.
And we are SCREAMING FROM THE ROOFTOPS!
- We DO NOT need to return to the office.
- We are not less productive. In fact, we are more productive.
- We do NOT need to justify your real estate holdings.
We do our jobs just fine, in our homes, working remotely, in our pajamas with our cats in our laps. You are never going to convince us that we would be more productive in the office for whatever bullshit reason you design. It's just not true. You can't convince us. Either we work from home or we find new employers. We are your top performers. We are the ones that make the company money, quarter after quarter. If we leave, you will decline, we will not. If you fire me for pointing this out, The Department of Labor and I, and my favorite attorney will have a lot to say about it.
