I honestly didn't think with the job I have now would've sucked this much this fast. I work at a convenience store/gas station. I started out in a different town and when I moved I transferred to their store in the area I love now. I LOVED where I worked at first. My manager was so nice and understanding, my coworkers were so chill and we communicated when we didnt finish a project or whatever and everyone was nice.
This store? The exact opposite! Manager sucks, nobody communicates, everyone is talking shit about someone or something else and blaming other shifts for not getting anything done when it's busy 2nd and 3rd shifts and always 1 or 2 people working those shifts. I have been working weekends by myself for 6 hrs straight which is most of my shift. No one else wants to work and calls off but at the same time complains about not having hours.
It's full of shit, my feet hurt so much, my anxiety worsens every time I work and causes my chest to tighten and it hurts to breathe. I just got back from an 8 hr shift that I was by myself for 6hrs of it. I'm so frustrated and annoyed. I'm thinking about quitting my job. I dont have many other job options that will actually make me happy but I don't know how longer I can keep this up.
