I’m skeptical of recruiting on personal social media

You have probably seen the posts on a friend's Facebook ” hey, my company is looking for awesome people, contact me for more information” In my experience most of these companies are low quality. Usually this gets posted by an employee that is completely overwhelmed by being understaffed or from the direction of a manager desperate to hire. The lack of staff is usually the result of high turnover due to a bad work environment. I also ask myself. Is this person getting paid to recruit and answer questions about the position? I doubt it.
