I work in a factory and I sew backpacks all day long. Recently my boss has starting telling us that we can’t have breaks anymore unless it’s to use the bathroom. People all of a sudden started using the bathroom 15 times a day and now they say we can’t have bathroom breaks. I work 16 hours a day and I need to use the bathroom. I don’t want to quit because I make $16 an hour. What do I do?
