House painter here, I'm just really annoyed today. I got a call from my bosses wife, who is the SECRETARY, telling me my time card was wrong. We have an app, adp, that we put our times in. Nobody. And I mean NOBODY, clocks in on the app. They all put their hours in at the end of the week. Or at the end of the day. Anyways she called me saying “your lunch is supposed to be half an hour but you didn't indicate that on your time sheet, you took an hour lunch I know. And I'm like ok? I told u my dog has a uti and I had to go home for lunch. When I tell you EVERYONE takes an hour + lunch, I'm not joking. My foreman, who was there with me took an hour and a half lunch! But they don't dock him! She's like “oh yeah and on Thursday you left for a family emergency but didn't put the correct time for clocking out” like excuse me bitch I had a CRISIS to deal with I really don't give a fuck I put 30 minutes ahead of when I actually left. I think I just have so little respect her and her husband anymore because everyone fucking quits this company. Bc nobody Likes them. There are only 6 people working now, and they need me more than I meet them at this point. So take your half an hour MARISSA, and shove it up your ASS.
