So I quit my job a week ago, just from being so burnt out/stressed out/frustrated/underpaid, now every day since I've felt so tired and exhausted. The fatigue is kinda overwhelming, but I think maybe just a sign my body is recovering from it and just needing to sleep so much. Like I dont have much motivation to do much besides lay down or taking it easy at home. Its kinda crazy how shitty I feel, but also feel a lot better not having to deal with that crap anymore.
any thoughts or ideas?
