I’m so tired of that fake ‘persona’ companies have during the hiring process. What is your ‘turns out to be’ experience?

We love your energy and new ideas – turns out to be – we have always done it looks this (an excuse to not even look at new ideas). Room to move up -turns out to be – someone probably has to die first because we don't actually know how to grow our company, we just keep tasking the same people with more work.
