I’m still looking – and they are still hiring?

​ I applied for a sales position online with this company 2 months ago. Never even received a rejection letter. I have over 22 years of successful experience in the specific industry/roles listed, and I’m willing to work for their pay structure. I provided a full resume, with references and contact info. Beyond learning this company’s policies and procedures, the learning curve would be almost non existent. They are still hiring for the position. I have 4 theories: 1- I am over the age demographic at 59. 2- I don’t speak fluent Spanish. 3- Online application systems are flawed and dehumanizing. 4- All of the above.
