I posted yesterday about the non compete clause question, and was mostly assured they don't hold up in the state of PA. Oddly enough, my boss called an emergency meeting and threatened us all with the Non Compete Clause contract saying we can't leave or interfere with operations after leaving. Even threatened with a lawyer and had HR in the meeting. Ok… This only solidified my decision to leave. I have an interview today for another job
