Boss told us a few weeks back that his job posting on Indeed was just to get people in the door for interviews. The hourly rate was $3/hr more than anyone makes (we talk about wages and he knows it). So in come a few new hires and two of them are making the rate he said he wouldn't pay anyone. I hate this feeling. Now I have to go up to him and basically call him a liar and say I need a raise.
