I'm working as a security in an office building, and I'm quite happy with a job.
Thing is, I'm also studying on university, so my hours are limited.
A week ago I was on a 15 hour shift and we had a newcomer, a lady in her 30's, asking a lot of questions. I was there to teach her stuff and so I did.
After 14 hours of work, she revealed herself as an inspector who was there to see our knowledge and the quality of services we provide.
She also stays on the building until December 25th, taking every shift I planned to take. (We're working 2 people per shift)
Thing is, I gave my boss 150 hours of my time for schedule so I can afford rent, gas and water.
The boss gave me just 31 hours of work, which is basically nothing. I don't know what to do, I feel like I'm fucked.
