Hello! Thanks for any advice!
Here's the rundown. I'm remote. I can't automate the whole thing, like meetings or times when I need to speak. But 90% at least is menial bullshit. I'm not really a coder but if it came down to it I might be able to find my way.
The question is, does anyone have experience with automating a crm for high level customer service? I'm (near) used to it on several but not the one presently being used.
Any super general tips folks might have out there?
